1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jiibet website, creating a jiibet account, or using any service offered by jiibet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jiibet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the jiibet platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jiibet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a jiibet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, jiibet strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification will be conducted during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of jiibet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jiibet or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jiibet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) jiibet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering a jiibet account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify jiibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your jiibet account.

jiibet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jiibet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jiibet implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jiibet cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the jiibet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiibet supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jiibet account balance upon confirmation of receipt. jiibet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the jiibet platform, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). jiibet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Anti-Money Laundering: jiibet is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. jiibet reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.

Funds held in your jiibet account are not insured deposits and do not accrue interest. jiibet holds player funds in segregated accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jiibet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• jiibet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• jiibet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiibet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the jiibet platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the jiibet platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the jiibet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your jiibet account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the jiibet platform or the experience of other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiibet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of jiibet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiibet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jiibet platform.

The jiibet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jiibet. You may not use any jiibet trademark without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The jiibet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiibet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jiibet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jiibet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to the jiibet service due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jiibet's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the jiibet platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the jiibet platform.

In no event shall jiibet's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiibet account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Termination

jiibet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jiibet's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jiibet will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

jiibet operates under PAGCOR oversight. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jiibet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jiibet platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the jiibet platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
